So apparently it is too dangerous to use tax payer dollars on anything that would give private citizens some say in how the government spends their money because then we’d have to let the terrorists use our money also. Again, her rhetorical question of “How do we make these decisions” would be easy if someone with 1/2 a lick of sense were making the decisions instead of someone who was <insert inappropriate comment here, again.>
